CK61 is the feedback encoder especially suited for installation on drives.
It is characterized chiefly by a 10- / 12-mm hollow shaft with integrated coupling and expansion sleeve. This mounting design both provides precise installation with high torsional rigidity and compensates for misalignments between the connected shafts. The advantage is double: from the mechanical point of view mating is easier yet integral with minimal depth and the compensation for eccentricity errors allows to avoid premature mechanical failures and costly downtime; electrically the signal quality always remains high, even under demanding conditions.
A further plus is the effective seal design of the flange: it incorporates an o-ring to form a tight seal which prevents liquids and dirt from reaching the shaft and the bearings inside. The protection rate is IP65. Optionally the operating temperature range is extended to -40 + 100°C (-40 +212°F).
CK61 produces digital (square wave) signals with inverted and zero signals (AB0, /AB0) and supports a broad choice of incremental electrical interfaces NPN, PNP, Push-Pull, Line Driver and Universal circuit through cable output or M12 / M23 connectors. The +5VDC ÷ +30VDC Universal circuit is a further remarkable benefit: this well-proven circuit is compatible with both Push-Pull and Line Driver circuits thus it ensures the highest compatibility with subsequent electronics.
