IF10 is the multipurpose unit designed to convert, repeat, split and cross switch incremental encoder digital signals (and even signals delivered by proximity switches, photocells, etc.). It fits two independent inputs and two independent short-circuit-proof outputs. It can accept on the input side single channel (AB0) and quadrature (AB0, /AB0) encoder signals with either Line Driver (RS-422) format or TTL or HTL10-30V (Push-Pull) level. As stated, inputs 1 and 2 are independent, thus for instance they can accept position information from A, /A, B and /B channels of an RS-422 encoder and add the corresponding 0 index pulse as a Push-Pull signal from a remote photocell.
Aside from the input level, outputs always provide AB0 and /AB0 signals in RS-422 format or TTL or HTL level. Push-Pull output level depends on the power supply voltage (+12÷+30VDC).
IF10 boasts a slim and space-saving plastic housing with DIN rail mounting using clips. It further affords frontal status LEDs for power supply and signal presence. Cables are connected via parallel terminal blocks.

IF10 is an encoder signal converter and repeater.
Independent inputs 1 and 2 can accept HTL10-30V or TTL5V or RS-422 signals both with and without complementary signals.
They can be converted into HTL10-30V or TTL5V or RS-422 levels and then output through independent outputs 1 and 2; or even regenerated to prevent quality degradation or loss of signals on long cable runs. Output signals always provide complementary signals. HTL output level depends on the power supply input; TTL and RS-422 is always 5V.
IF10 can be used as an encoder signal splitter.
Only input 1 is used. It can accept HTL10-30V or TTL5V or RS-422 signals both with and without complementary signals.
Signals are split into both outputs 1 and 2. They supply HTL10-30V or TTL5V or RS-422 independent signals always fitted with inverted signals. Thus independent output signals with even different characteristics can be delivered to two distinct control equipments. HTL output level depends on the power supply input; TTL and RS-422 is always 5V.
IF10 is an encoder cross switcher.

RS-422 format or TTL or HTL level output signals are sent to independent outputs 1 and 2 and can be cross switched according to needs using provided control signals. HTL output level depends on the power supply input; TTL and RS-422 is always 5V.
